Epiphany through Mardi Gras
Today marks the 12th Day of Christmas, also known as Epiphany - the traditional beginning of King Cake season. From Epiphany through Mardi Gras (February 17 this year), I’ll be offering traditional King Cakes for a limited time only.
King Cake is more than a dessert. It’s a celebration bread, rooted in centuries of tradition, meant to be shared. Light, enriched dough is shaped into a ring, filled, baked, and finished with a simple icing and festive sugar in the classic Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold.
About My King Cakes
My King Cakes are made from scratch with a soft, brioche-style dough that’s slowly fermented for flavor and texture. Each cake is carefully shaped, proofed, baked, and decorated by hand. They are rich without being heavy, festive without being fussy, and designed to be the centerpiece of a gathering.
King Cakes are baked fresh and decorated just before delivery or pickup to ensure the best flavor and appearance.
